Air Peace partners with ADINA summit to boost Diaspora tourism
Nigerian carrier Air Peace has partnered with the Africa Diaspora Investment Network Alliance (ADINA) Summit 2024 in a move aimed at strengthening diaspora tourism and investment connections across the continent.
The summit, held on December 27 in Accra, Ghana, brought together African diaspora investors, business leaders, and global institutions to discuss trade and investment opportunities in Africa's tourism sector and broader economy.
Speaking at the event, Air Peace's Head of Sales and Business Development, Davids Odeyemi, highlighted the airline's role in facilitating diaspora tourism through its growing route network. "Our extensive connectivity enables diaspora members to explore their cultural heritage while contributing to Africa's tourism economy," said Odeyemi.
Accra's position as a hub for diaspora tourism made it a strategic location for the summit, which focused on leveraging diaspora investments to boost African tourism and economic development.
The partnership aligns with Air Peace's strategy to enhance intra-African connectivity and promote cultural tourism. The airline has been investing in fleet modernisation to improve the travel experience for international visitors and business travellers.
Through this collaboration, Air Peace aims to tap into ADINA's network of African and diaspora leaders while supporting the growth of heritage tourism across its route network.
