Overview

Emma Gregg is an award-winning, UK-based travel journalist who has visited all seven continents. Of the seven, it’s Africa that keeps calling her back.

Specialising in nature, culture, sustainability and responsible tourism, Emma has visited over 30 African countries to date, researching travel ideas for prestigious international publications, tourist boards and travel companies.

As a feature and guidebook writer, Emma contributes to National Geographic Traveller, The Times, Travel Africa, Adventure.com,

Wanderlust, Rough Guides and Bradt Guides, among many others. Much of her published work is illustrated with her own photography, shot on location.

She also writes and edits commercial content including travel brochure and website copy, blog posts, customer magazines and newsletters.

Emma loves African music, exploring forests and coral reefs, and identifying birds by their calls - and she's always planning the next adventure.
