Tourism Seychelles Expands Global Reach via Media Partnerships
Tourism Seychelles has launched a series of strategic international media partnerships with CNN, BBC Global News and National Geographic, aimed at boosting global visibility and reinforcing its positioning as a destination known for natural beauty, culture and sustainable tourism. The island nation’s current marketing efforts include the Uniquely Seychelles campaign with CNN, The Seychelles Way project with BBC, and a biodiversity-focused digital-first collaboration with National Geographic.
These initiatives have already delivered measurable results. BBC’s campaign alone reached over 123 million people, with high engagement across Asia-Pacific and South Asia. Meanwhile, the ongoing National Geographic push has garnered over 4.6 million impressions to date, with strong interaction figures across digital platforms. By leveraging globally recognised media to tell its sustainability and culture-driven story, Tourism Seychelles is targeting quality, experience-seeking travellers in an increasingly competitive global market.
