Frances is an experienced PR and communications professional, specialising in the travel industry across a range of its B2B and B2C sectors including travel associations, expedition cruise, OTAs, tour operating, adventure, travel insurance, tourist boards and transport with a proven track record in PR strategy development, media relations, digital media relations, stakeholder engagement, event management, content development and creative ideas.
She has worked for the award-winning PR agency LOTUS since 2013 and before that, headed up the press office for ABTA, the Travel Association. She loves Africa, the great outdoors, adventure travel, history and culture and has increasingly been motivated by purpose-driven and sustainable travel.
