Thornybush has partnered with Sam Hospitality to deliver 5‑star staff training across its South African safari lodges. The move aims to align guest experience with world‑class expectations and reflects a wider push among Africa’s premium lodges to modernise service and build consistency across all touchpoints.
Training covers butler service, fine dining and F&B, front‑of‑house etiquette, housekeeping and turndown, guest journey personalisation, leadership and complaint handling – with programmes delivered on‑site and available across multiple African markets. Sam Hospitality has opened bookings for 2026, with the partnership targeting stronger reviews, higher guest satisfaction and improved repeat business.
