Tanzania Presents Forest Ecotourism Services to African Countries: Reports
On October 30 – November 3, Tanzania's northern city of Arusha hosted the 24th Session of the African Forestry and Wildlife Commission (AFWC24). About 300 representatives from at least 53 African states gathered at the event to discuss forest and wildlife management policy and "to coordinate its implementation at the regional level."
Tanzanian ecology tourism services with a focus on natural forest reserves were presented to African states by Tanzania during the 24th session of the African Forestry and Wildlife Commission (AFWC24), which took place in the East African country, local media reported.
Participants of the AFWC2024 tried this type of tourism during a special tour to Randilen Wildlife Management Area in the Tanzanian Monduli district and Meru Usa Forest Plantation in Arusha.
