Palm Hills and Marriott to develop St. Regis Palm Hills Cairo, opening 2030
Palm Hills Developments has signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop The St. Regis Hotel & Residences Palm Hills, Cairo within the P/X project in Palm Hills October, West Cairo. The project is planned to include a 150‑room hotel, 50 serviced apartments and 150 branded residences, with an anticipated opening in 2030 close to the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids.
The property is expected to feature multiple dining venues, a spa, fitness centre, pools, a children’s club and meeting and event facilities, with access to Palm Hills’ 27‑hole Nicklaus Design golf course. Palm Hills said the partnership aligns with its hospitality expansion strategy – including plans to add up to 3,000 rooms in the coming years – to support Egypt’s tourism growth and attract international investment in West Cairo.
