The Africa Hub is continent-wide, online training resource, delivered by ‘on-the-ground’ experts who know their countries best. The Africa Hub aims to help further the skills and confidence of agents selling this exciting but complex continent. Launched in February 2021, The Africa Hub has generated a following of over 3500 trade contacts from 79 countries and is the official Africa & Indian Ocean destination training partner for African-specialist trade shows including OurAfrica.Travel, Celebrate Africa Workshop & Experience Africa.

Useful for African experts and novices alike, the site covers 26 destinations with pertinent, easy-to-digest sales and marketing content including:

The Africa Hub also offers training to support more generic marketing and sales skills, including social media and PR.

NEW for 2023 is our dedicated “Accommodation Hub”, a space for agents to be trained on properties using a bespoke pan-Africa filter option based on location, budget, travel type, activity, facility or sustainability. Agents can also take advantage of training resources including insider tips, webinar recordings, a "pairs well with" itinerary and an expert opinion on what makes the property so special.
