ATTA® Presentation - Sharing the Story of Zuri Zanzibar

Opened in 2018, Zuri Zanzibar is a 5-star lifestyle resort located in a prime position in Kendwa on the north-west coast of Zanzibar. It boasts a 300-metre long pristine beach that is unaffected by tidal movements and is ideal for swimming all day long and viewing the daily breath-taking sunsets.

The resort offers accommodation in 55 bungalows, suites and villas that sit comfortably within Zuri’s 32 acre micro-universe. Designed by Jestico+Whiles, certified with a Gold for Sustainable Design by EarthCheck and a member of Design Hotels, Zuri Zanzibar combines elegant contemporary design with a considerate, sustainable build in an authentic African atmosphere.

Guests can choose from one of the 3 restaurants and 4 bars, whether its a romantic dinner on the beach or a Zuri signature cocktail at the pool with sunset views. The unforgettable “Dining by Design” concept offers a fusion of European, African, Arabic and Indian cuisine, creating a rainbow of sensational flavours and bringing the very best of Indian Ocean cuisine.

Zuri Zanzibar is part of the ‘Back to Nature’ movement, and is involved in several long-term initiatives that help the local communities with the main focus on education, environment and waste management.
