Table Mountain has welcomed 1 million visitors in 2025, with the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company marking its 33rd millionth visitor since opening on Monday – a domestic tourist from Limpopo. The milestone signals robust demand for Cape Town’s flagship attraction heading into the peak summer period.
TMACC said indicators of increased tourism emerged from September, citing more arrivals through Cape Town’s airports, additional direct airline services and the start of the cruise season. The attraction celebrated its 32nd millionth visitor in January, underscoring sustained year‑round interest from both domestic and international travellers
