Serengeti Balloon Safaris launch new daily flight reports on website
Serengeti Balloon Safaris was the very first ballooning company in Tanzania and it has continued to lead the industry for the past 35 years. After every flight, our pilots write a "flight report" on their adventure to capture the details of the weather conditions, the flight, wildlife viewing and the overall guest experience.
We have been sharing these flight reports with our agent customers but today, we are delighted to launch a new feed on our website, which houses these same flight reports digitally. A first for our industry.
Flight reports are a great way to not only act as a keep sake for guests to refer to about their own flights but as a way for agents to bring to life what the experience may bring for future customers. Agents will be able to search for flight reports from any one of 8 locations in the Serengeti, Ndutu, Tarangire and Ruaha regions.
