RwandAir Partners with Accra Weizo to Boost Tourism in West Africa
RwandAir has partnered with the organisers of Accra Weizo, West Africa’s leading travel expo, to further promote seamless travel and tourism growth within the region. Taking place on 27 June 2025 in Ghana, the 8th edition of Accra Weizo is hosted in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority and Ghana Tourism Development Corporation and will bring together tour operators and industry stakeholders from across West Africa for a dedicated business forum and trade exchange.
Serving Accra since 2013, RwandAir operates thrice-weekly flights via Boeing 737, connecting Ghana to key destinations in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia through its Kigali hub. The airline’s strategic partnerships with Qatar Airways and Africa World Airlines further strengthen regional and international access. The Royal Senchi Hotel & Resort, a leading luxury property in Ghana, has also joined as a hospitality partner for this year’s event, reinforcing collective efforts to enhance travel experiences and intra-African tourism development.
