ResRequest properties can now survey their guest with GuestRevu


ResRequest, a business management tool for lodges and boutique hotels has partnered with GuestRevu, a guest feedback and reputation management tool for busy hospitality professionals. GuestRevu surveys help establishments get insight from customised, branded surveys and proactively drives reviews to TripAdvisor and Google to improve rankings.

When a guests books and travels, the reservation created in ResRequest, is linked to the guest profile and a transaction history is established. Over time, detailed contact information can be recorded in ResRequest, and sales, marketing and operations teams can incorporate this information into their customer strategy to effectively reach and engage customers.

Once signed up with a GuestRevu service and completed the setup in ResRequest, properties can run and review survey batches which form the mailing list for surveys.
