Kenya E-Visa Update 04 Jan

Following the presidential directive that Kenya will be a visa free country from January 2024, a digital platform http://www.etakenya.go.ke has been developed to ensure that all travellers to Kenya are identified in advance through an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system.

As of 04 January 2024 All travelers coming to Kenya shall henceforth be required to have an ETA before being allowed to enter the Republic of Kenya.

At the time of sending, the UK FCDO still have not updated their travel advice but we would expect this to happen during the course of the day today.
