Graham Wood Named Chair of SA Tourism Board
Graham Wood has been appointed Chairperson of the new South African Tourism Board, following a Cabinet announcement on 28 August 2026. A chartered accountant by training, Wood brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors to the role.
Wood previously held senior positions at Southern Sun and Sun International, and currently serves as CEO of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. His appointment signals a continued focus on experienced industry leadership at the helm of South Africa's national tourism body.
