About the Role

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We’re looking for an experienced and imaginative Product & Planning Manager to join our team in Fourways.

In this role, you’ll design fresh, inspiring, and high-quality travel products, itineraries, and experiences for our international partners. You’ll craft FIT, group, and special-interest programs that showcase the very best of Southern and East Africa — from iconic destinations to hidden gems.

If you thrive on creativity, have a deep knowledge of the region, and love turning ideas into journeys, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop innovative, market-ready travel products and itineraries.
• Research new destinations, experiences, and suppliers across Southern & East Africa.
• Collaborate with our international Sales Teams to bring new travel ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of travel trends to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
• Deliver exceptional experiences that reflect our brand’s passion for quality and authenticity.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of Southern Africa (East Africa experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Tourplan and Wetu.
• 8–10 years’ experience in the Inbound Tourism Industry.
• Creative flair with a sharp eye for detail and market trends.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
