Cape Town International restores jet fuel supply – operations back to normal
Fuel constraints at Cape Town International Airport have been resolved, with Burgan Cape Terminal reopened for jet fuel supply. Airlines can now uplift fuel as normal, according to the Board of Airline Representatives of South Africa.
Barsa credited coordinated support from the Minister of Transport, Airports Company South Africa, Air Traffic and Navigation Services and the Fuel Industry Association of South Africa for stabilising operations. The restoration reduces disruption risk for carriers during the peak season and supports continuity for tourism and business travel.
