Oasis Overland

Oasis Overland aims to provide travellers with a unique travelling experience, very different to that of a normal package holiday. Founded 25 years ago by seasoned overlanders, Oasis Overland is now led by the experienced team at Uncover the World Travel, with over 18 years of combined expertise.

We also operate as ‘Encounters Travel,’ offering small group adventures. Our highly trained crew of drivers and leaders have been with us for years. Depending on the destination and itinerary, trips may be led by expert local guides, while longer, multi-country routes are often escorted by our own tour leaders. We use specially designed trucks for our overland trips, which are integral to our travel experience.

Our travellers range from 18 to their mid-to-late 60s, with some in their 70s and 80s, all enjoying Oasis trips without experiencing difficulties, either physically or socially. We ensure all travellers are well-informed about the nature of each trip to align their expectations with our adventurous travel style.
