Ultimate Safaris announces 2022 guaranteed departures

Ultimate Safaris are delighted to announce that the 2022 rates, dates and itineraries for our two guaranteed departure safaris are now finalized. These are our established and very popular Ultimate Namibia Safari (UNS) as well as our more recent addition, the Namibia Under Canvas (NUC) safari. These safaris guarantee a window seat for all participants as they run with a maximum of only 7 passengers (minimum 1 for the UNS and minimum 2 for NUC), and the small numbers involved may be of considerable appeal in time to come. 

The Ultimate Namibia Safari continues to offer the best value for money available for a safari of this nature in Namibia, and it is still priced well below any comparative safari offered in the market place.  

For the 2022 safari your stay in Etosha is slightly changed.  Our cherished Onguma Tree Tops is undergoing a significant upgrade, which will likely result in a new Onguma flagship, but this unfortunately means it is not suited for these particular safaris anymore, but certain to entertain many of our other guests on different safari types.  Instead our Etosha National Park stay is now upgraded to three nights at the Ongava Tented Camp, offering premium game viewing experiences both inside the Etosha National Park as well as on the renowned Ongava Game Reserve (instead of 1 night Etosha Mountain Lodge and 2 nights Onguma Tree Tops for the UNS and instead of 3 nights Onguma Tree Tops for the NUC).  Ongava Tented Camp is a much loved property and with one of the best and closest camp waterholes in the area, we are set for some incredible wildlife experiences. Also, based on the feedback from our valued travelers, most have expressed a desire to linger longer towards the end of what is a very exciting but often quite fast-paced itinerary.  

As a result of prudent control of annual price increases, the price increases for 2022 are kept at a minimal 7% on 2021 rates and continue to be amazing value for what is fundamentally a 4 star Namibia safari.
