Mayo Wynne Baxter, one of the leading law firms in the South East of England, have offered all ATTA UK Tour Operator members a complimentary generic review of T&Cs for client contracting and supplier agreements. 

Mayo Wynne Baxter will undertake a generic review of your T&Cs for client contracting and supplier agreements and advise whether they are in good shape or would benefit from amendment or redrafting with an outline of the reasons why. If the ATTA member then chooses to proceed, MWB would register the ATTA member as a client and apply the 10% ATTA discount to any fees

In addition, MWB is offering all members a free 30 minute "helpline/email" consultation to provide generic advice in relation to a query, although not specific advice. *Please note* unless the ATTA member is registered with MWB as a client, they are not insured in respect to advice given.
