Keeping Fit With Muthaiga Travel

One of the valuable lessons learnt during the COVID-19 season has been the importance of regular exercise to build a strong immune system to fight off infections.

Exercise also has immense psychological benefits such as decreased stress, increased self-esteem, improving mental alertness and is a scientifically proven mood booster.

In appreciation of this, Muthaiga Travel has been running virtual “exercise clinics” for its staff and clients since most gyms are closed or restricting access.

After one such session one of the participants remarked
