Kamageo creates important new role as agency continues to expand

With the addition of three more African countries to the Kamageo portfolio in the last six months, we are introducing a key new role - Partnerships Manager - to coordinate joint promotional activity between tour operators and Kamageo’s destinations.

We are therefore delighted to announce the appointment of Ella Brightywho will be taking on this exciting new role from 28th October. Ella, who will report to Head of Trade, Nadia Alam, was with Thomas Cook for 4 years, briefly as a product manager but then as partnership marketing manager, working with international tourist boards to develop joint campaigns.

Initially Ella will work exclusively on Mauritius, focusing on marketing activities with trade partners, as well as trade analysis. She will also work on various Mauritius consumer promotions alongside Marketing & PR Managers, Izzie Ludbrook and Rachel Knibbs. In time, she will also work on tour operator partnerships across more of Kamageo’s portfolio.

Ella gained a first class honours degree in International Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University which included a year spent at Central Michigan University in the USA.

Chief Executive, Tim Henshall explained, “This new role will be increasingly important given Kamageo’s portfolio, so with Ella’s expertise and experience, this is an exciting development for the business.”
