Announcing the new Puku Ridge tented safari camp in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park

The "new" and utterly spectacular Puku Ridge, with gorgeous views of the wildlife dotted around the Puku Ridge lagoon and located well inside Zambia's incredible South Luangwa National Park, is a collaboration between Chichele Safaris, who purchased Chichele Presidential Lodge & Puku Ridge from Sanctuary Retreats / A&K in 2018, and Grant & Lynsey Cumings of Chiawa Camp & Old Mondoro.

This well known and much-loved camp's facilities are being upgraded to the highest of standards and its service, guiding and conservation ethos will follow that which Grant & Lynsey's own Lower Zambezi safari camps have become renowned. Like no other, and being completely rebuilt, each feature-rich tent takes its inspiration from old bush camps and local villages and will offer welcome luxuries like a starbed tower, private plunge-pool and, thanks to 220v mains hydro-power access, a custom built air conditioning system for respite from the hottest months.

Opening August 10th 2019, Puku Ridge will be perfect for the guest who wants first rate guiding, location and wildlife whilst not sacrificing on creature comforts. It will combine perfectly with any quality South Luangwa bushcamp or lodge and of course combo's will be available in conjunction with Chiawa Camp and/or Old Mondoro making for the finest Zambian wildlife safari adventure currently available.
