Nomad Trust Update
By *Tara Walraven, Nomad Tanzania - CampsWe are so thrilled to have linked up with The Plaster House in Arusha which provides medical care for children suffering from a variety of disabilities and diseases in Tanzania's most remote regions. Just a few weeks ago we started our outreach program with this fantastic organisation with a couple of children from Katumbi village, near Greystoke Mahale. Hussein and Mahamud are the first children to undergo surgery to treat some serious burn injuries as part of our Nomad Trust outreach. They flew on our Western charter flights from Mahale to Arusha, their first ever trip out of Katumbi, and first time on a plane. We can happily report both children are recovering well and are desperate to be up and about and able to join in the local football matches soon!
