Asilia Africa has been a pioneer in nature-positive travel in East Africa for the past 20-plus years, being at the forefront of protecting and restoring vital natural landscapes while improving the livelihoods of the communities that depend on them. In our efforts to continuously expand upon our Positive Impact, we are incredibly proud to share news of our latest endeavour with you. Our new initiative is aimed at contributing to the preservation of one of the world’s most critical and biodiverse ecosystems - the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda – adding an incredible guest experience while benefitting local communities. As part of our commitment, we are building a new lodge and reforesting the 45 acres of land around it, as well as launching a full-service DMC in Uganda and Rwanda.
