Centralised contact management and personalisation: remove information silos by keeping all traveller details, including history, notes and preferences, stored in one central space.  Add, edit and delete to-dos and notes and link and unlink trips. 

Full traveller context:  view the traveller’s entire journey.  Itinerary statuses are linked to the traveller's trips tab, allowing customers to track trip progress from proposal stage to confirmed directly at the contact level.
