The Bench to stage Future Hospitality Summit Egypt in Cairo
The Bench has announced the launch of Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Egypt, a two-day investment forum to be held at Sofitel Downtown Cairo Nile on 10–11 November 2026. Aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and themed ‘Where Heritage Inspires Investment’, the event will convene owners, investors, operators, developers and government leaders to accelerate projects, partnerships and capital deployment in the country’s hospitality and real estate sectors.
The agenda will cover Egypt’s investment outlook, mega projects and incentives, smart tourism and digital transformation, sustainability, capital flows and deal structures, and growth across lifestyle, leisure, wellness, restaurants and branded residences. Context: Egypt welcomed a record 19 million visitors in 2025, the hospitality sector is forecast to reach US$9 billion by 2034, and demand for branded residences is rising – 45% of high‑net‑worth investors targeting Egypt’s property market favour the asset class. FHS Egypt adds to The Bench’s portfolio, which includes FHS World (Dubai), FHS Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), FHS Africa (Kenya) and the Branded Residences Forum series.
