SA Tourism Announces Dates for Meetings Africa and Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026
South African Tourism, together with Minister of Tourism Patricia de Lille, has confirmed the 2026 dates for its flagship trade shows, Meetings Africa and Africa’s Travel Indaba. Meetings Africa will be held from 23 to 25 February 2026, with the Business Opportunity Networking Day on 23 February. Africa’s Travel Indaba will follow from 11 to 14 May 2026, also starting with its networking day on 11 May.
Both events remain cornerstones of Africa’s business events and leisure tourism calendars. Meetings Africa continues to drive the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) agenda across the continent, while Africa’s Travel Indaba showcases African tourism offerings to global buyers. A formal bidding process is under way to select future host cities from 2026 to 2030, positioning the shows for sustained growth, innovation, and broader economic impact.
