Minor Hotels signs 200‑key NH Collection Accra
Minor Hotels has signed NH Collection Accra, the first NH Collection property in Ghana and the group’s debut in West Africa, with opening targeted for 2030. Announced during THINC Middle East 2026, the 200‑key hotel forms part of Minor Hotels’ expansion across African gateway cities.
Situated in central Accra near Jubilee House and within easy reach of Kotoka International Airport, the hotel will anchor a mixed‑use development by Swami India Ghana Limited that includes hotel, retail and office space. Aimed at corporate, diplomatic and long‑stay demand, the project is expected to bolster Accra’s premium hotel supply and support business travel and connectivity in one of the region’s fastest‑growing markets.
