Grand Hotel Djibloho Prepares for the 2026 Young Chef Olympiad
Equatorial Guinea will once again be represented by the Grand Hotel Djibloho International Culinary School, with young chef María Ayang representing the school this time, selected for her dedication, technical skill, and outstanding achievements in the hotel’s culinary training program.
The Young Chef Olympiad 2026, the world’s largest student culinary competition, will take place in India from February 1–7, bringing together young culinary talents from more than 60 countries. The Grand Hotel Djibloho’s participation reaffirms its commitment to nurturing national culinary talent, strengthening professional training, and promoting Equatorial Guinean gastronomy on the international stage.
