Grand Hotel Djibloho Culinary School Highlights National Talent at Young Chef Olympiad 2026

After months of anticipation, Equatorial Guinea is once again participating in the prestigious Young Chef Olympiad 2026, taking place in India from February 1 to 6, 2026.

Equatorial Guinea is represented by young chef María Ayang, trained at the Grand Hotel Djibloho International Culinary School, who arrived in the Asian country accompanied by her mentors, accompanied by her mentors, Chef Jean Bosco Tsanga and Chef Giuseppe Pantano, with the support of Mrs. Irma Boncanca, Financial Director of Grand Hotel Djibloho.

Equatorial Guinea, represented by young chef María Ayang, was set to compete on February 3, marking the opening day of the first official rounds of the competition, with the support of her training and institutional team at this major international culinary event.

Under the motto “Preserving the World’s Global Culinary Heritage through AI”, the Young Chef Olympiad 2026 promotes the protection of global culinary heritage through the responsible integration of innovative technologies.

Grand Hotel Djibloho International Culinary School acknowledges the intensive preparation of the young chef for this international challenge and extends its best wishes for her success in the competition, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to professional training, gastronomic excellence, and the international projection of Equatorial Guinean talent.
