Dubai to Host Middle East and Africa Future Leaders Challenge 2025
Dubai will host the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Future Leaders Challenge (FLC) from 21–23 January 2025, bringing together emerging talent, educators, and industry stakeholders to redefine the hospitality sector. Aimed at showcasing sustainable and innovative practices, the event seeks to inspire young professionals to pursue dynamic careers within the industry. Supported by partners such as Hilton, Accor, and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the programme will include workshops, competitions, and networking opportunities, providing participants with hands-on industry insights.
Following the main event, regional editions will take place in Nairobi (April), Johannesburg (May), and Marrakech (June), broadening the initiative's reach and fostering nation-specific discussions around tourism's future. A key highlight is the inaugural School Directors Alliance on 22 January, which will unite educators and policymakers to align curricula with evolving industry demands. By advancing inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration, the FLC positions the MEA region as a leader in preparing the global workforce for a new era in hospitality and tourism.
