Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025 Media Launch Set for 23 April in Durban

South Africa’s Minister of Tourism, Patricia de Lille, will lead the official media launch of Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025 on Wednesday, 23 April at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. Joined by tourism stakeholders and partners, the Minister will unveil key developments surrounding the event, which remains a major platform for collaboration and growth in the African tourism sector.
The 2025 edition of Africa’s Travel Indaba takes place from 12 to 15 May in Durban under the theme “Unlimited Africa”. To date, 26 African countries are confirmed to showcase over 290 tourism products, with 846 buyers from 55 countries also confirmed. The event kicks off with BONDay (Business Opportunity Networking Day) on 12 May, followed by the main exhibition from 13 May. This year’s Indaba follows the global rollout of South Africa’s new brand campaign, "South Africa Awaits — Come Find Your Joy!"
