The JWS 360° emergency telephone number has changed to +44 208 865 3466. Please inform all the members of your team of this change as the old numbers will no longer be in use. 2. Following the recent transfer of our unique and exclusive Safari Plan Healthcare scheme to CIGNA, it appears that certain sectors in our industry are either misinformed or have just picked up the wrong end of the stick. We have heard suggestions that Safari Plan is no more, that the jurisdictions have changed and all sorts of inaccurate comments.

JW Seagon are pleased to announce an enhancement to the JWS Safari Range – bespoke Motor, Health and General Insurance designed exclusively for the travel and tourism sector. With immediate effect, all JWS Safari plan clients will now have access to JWS 360° - a 24/7 emergency helpline manned by crisis response experts.

JWS Seagon launched its innovative and successful Safari Plan package insurance policy in 2014 and it has gone from strength to strength. It was an involved and time-consuming project, but ultimately it has resulted in a product that is a true friend to the industry. Obviously, we have to protect our intellectual property rights and we have done and will continue to do so.
