The Lux Collective secures seven new hotel signings
The Lux Collective has confirmed seven new signings in 2025 across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East and Africa, expanding its portfolio under LUX, SALT and SOCIO. The strategy prioritises design‑led, culturally rooted properties in key markets, supporting the group’s focus on conscious luxury and sustainable development.
In Southern Africa, LUX Xinii Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe – the group’s second property in the region after Botswana – will open in phases from 2028 with lodge‑style accommodation on the Zambezi River offering safari, wellness and adventure experiences.
