SANParks to raise conservation fees from 1 November
SANParks will increase daily conservation fees across all 21 national parks from 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026, with adjustments ranging from R30 – R70 per person per day. Examples include Kruger National Park’s international adult rate rising from R535 to R602 per day, Addo Elephant National Park from R437 to R492, and Table Mountain National Park’s Cape of Good Hope from R455 to R515.
Further changes include Augrabies Falls National Park moving from R293 to R325, and West Coast National Park from R272 to R306 during the flower season. SANParks says the annual review aligns fees with operational costs, infrastructure maintenance and conservation priorities, with income supporting park management, habitat restoration and community-based initiatives. The updated tariffs are relevant for operators and travellers budgeting for 2025–26 itineraries.
