Roam Launches AI Booking Builder for Travel Consultants

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way travel businesses operate, and Roam’s new AI Booking Builder puts that technology to work where it matters most: reducing everyday admin.

The new feature allows travel consultants to turn an existing quote or invoice into a payment-ready booking in seconds. Instead of manually re-entering booking information from PDFs, quotes or emails, consultants can simply upload the document to Roam's platform or forward it to a dedicated Roam email address. The AI reads the information and automatically creates a draft booking.

Once created, the consultant receives a “Booking Created” email with a link to review the booking, make any necessary adjustments and update the currency if required. From there, a payment link can be shared directly with the traveller.

By removing repetitive data capture, the AI Booking Builder helps reduce manual errors, speed up payment collection and save valuable time. It also helps close the gap between quoting, booking and payment, without requiring businesses to completely change the way they work.
