Orange Egypt and Qilaa to launch integrated digital tourism platform
Orange Egypt has signed an exclusive strategic partnership with Qatar‑based Qilaa International Group to build a fully integrated smart tourism platform for Egypt. Announced on 24 November 2025, the collaboration aims to support Egypt’s Vision 2030 by enhancing the visitor experience and strengthening the country’s competitiveness as tourism expands alongside major projects such as the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Centred on Qilaa’s WTOUR app, the platform is designed to deliver an end‑to‑end digital journey, from trip planning and exploring attractions to booking hotels and restaurants, with exclusive offers powered by Orange Egypt. Qilaa will lead the development of immersive, interactive content, while the platform will unify communication, navigation, entertainment and services in one interface to improve efficiency, accessibility and engagement for travellers.
