Nikki Beach to Open Resort and Residences in Marrakech in 2028
Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has announced plans to develop a resort and branded residential project in Marrakech, Morocco, scheduled to open in 2028. Located approximately 20 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport, the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech will feature more than 100 accommodations ranging from 485-square-foot guestrooms to a 5,400-square-foot Celebration Suite, alongside more than 50 private villas each with a pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, and garden. Food and beverage offerings will include an all-day dining venue, a signature restaurant, outdoor bars, and a beach club anchored by a main pool with floating platforms, sunken bars, and a stage area.
The property will also include a wellness centre with hammams, saunas, and therapy rooms, as well as an underground sports complex housing a gym, yoga studios, squash courts, a private cinema, and a golf simulator. Outdoor tennis and padel courts and a dedicated children's club complete the amenity offering. The Marrakech project adds to Nikki Beach's existing portfolio of resorts in Thailand, Dubai, and Greece, and joins a pipeline of new developments in Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, Azerbaijan, and Oman. The announcement further underscores growing international investor confidence in Morocco as a premium hospitality destination ahead of the country's co-hosting of the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
