From August 14 to 18, 2025, the brand-new Parc des Expositions International Enara, located by Lake Iarivo, will open its doors to host the SADC Bazaar. This major regional event will bring together nearly 300 exhibitors from the member countries of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). Tourism, fashion, jewelry, gastronomy, handicrafts, furniture, and metallurgy — for five days, Malagasy and African know-how will be showcased to both local and international visitors.

Among the participants, the Regional Tourism Office of Antananarivo (ORTANA) will be present to promote Antananarivo and its rich cultural and natural heritage. TOP Madagascar (Tour Operators Professional Association of Madagascar), which brings together tourism operators committed to high-quality and sustainable tourism, will also take part in the event to highlight Madagascar’s strengths on the regional stage.

Universal Trading Tourisme (UTT), an active member of TOP Madagascar, will also be represented at the event. With over 26 years in the tourism industry, UTT designs tailor-made tours across Madagascar and in selected international destinations. Participation in the SADC Bazaar will provide an opportunity to showcase its expertise, engage with regional partners, and contribute to promoting Madagascar as a prime destination within the SADC region.
