Karibu Camps & Lodges proudly introduces Ngorongoro Lions Paw, Atop Crater Rim. Set in the magnificent quiet grove of Red Thorn Acacia Trees, high atop of the Eastern Rim of Ngorongoro Crater is where our Tented Lodge is based.

Located 45mins away from Loduare Gate of Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the tented lodge fits naturally into its surroundings amongst the acacia trees. The Tented Lodge was carefully constructed for its sense of privacy and intimacy with nature and has the best panoramic views of the crater highlands.

This boutique tented lodge offers an authentic safari experience without sacrificing the luxuries of home. The tented lodge offers 15 Luxury Heated Canvas Tents with large sleeping quarters to accommodate our guests. The main living and dining areas are more expansive than before which creates a cool place to retreat.

With the new look at Ngorongoro Lions Paw, the tented lodge boasts a combination of luxury and real bush appeal brushed over with a fresh modernity allowing nature and wildlife to take centre stage.
