IHG unveils Noted Collection
IHG Hotels & Resorts has launched Noted Collection, a premium collection brand focused on converting upscale to upper‑upscale independent hotels, with initial discussions under way with multiple owners. The brand – IHG’s 21st and its 11th new brand in as many years – will roll out globally starting in the Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa region, expanding choice across leading urban and resort destinations.
IHG targets more than 150 Noted Collection hotels over the next decade, offering owners access to its revenue management, distribution and technology platforms and a 160 million‑member IHG One Rewards programme while allowing properties to retain their identity. The move builds on Vignette Collection and conversion brands such as voco and Garner, and follows last year’s acquisition of Ruby, as IHG looks to tap into the 2.3 million independent rooms in these segments worldwide.
