Hotel 430 rolls out staff‑wide service training with JRK and Sam Hospitality
Botswana’s citizen‑owned Hotel 430 has partnered with JRK Training & Consulting and Sam Hospitality on a customer service excellence and personal mastery programme, training more than 220 employees across Hotel 430 and sister property Shumbalala Game between 3 and 28 November 2025. The initiative covered all departments and is aimed at lifting service standards and competitiveness, supporting the hotel’s stated ambition to achieve Botswana’s first 5‑star rating.
JRK delivered the personal mastery component focused on mindset, accountability and professional conduct, while Sam Hospitality led hospitality‑specific training on guest psychology, communication, interdepartmental alignment and service recovery. The Botswana Tourism Organisation observed sessions, signalling public–private focus on skills development and consistent service culture across both city and safari operations.
