Grand Hotel Djibloho Hosts the 32nd National Aeronautical Management Committee Session
On November 26, 2025, the 32nd session of Equatorial Guinea’s Aeronautical Management Committee commenced at Grand Hotel Djibloho. The day began with technical work aimed at drafting proposed resolutions and recommendations, which will later be submitted to the Management Committee for approval.
During the session, several key issues concerning the management and operation of Equatorial Guinea’s aviation sector were addressed. The managers of Bata, Mongomeyen, and Annobón airports reported to the government, presenting detailed updates on air navigation management, compliance with safety standards, and air traffic efficiency. In addition, participants reviewed the main operational challenges, identified areas for improvement, and proposed practical solutions to enhance airport performance.
The session also provided a platform for presenting and discussing the strategic plans for 2026, reinforcing institutional planning and enhancing coordination among the different entities in the aviation sector. These efforts aim to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable services, while maintaining Equatorial Guinea’s compliance with regional commitments on air traffic safety and operational efficiency.
