Gondwana Academy concludes 2025 Meet & Lead training in Windhoek
Gondwana Collection Namibia has concluded its 2025 Meet & Lead leadership programme, with a certificate ceremony held on 13 January. Designed for Windhoek‑based team leaders who could not attend longer Academy courses, the six‑month format saw participants step out for one full training day per month to develop leadership skills and empathetic communication – a practical boost to management capacity in Namibia’s tourism and hospitality sector.
Launched in 2023, the programme takes 12 leaders each year and is regularly updated to match organisational needs. The 2025 cohort was facilitated by team trainer and leadership coach Ume Goldbeck, covering self‑leadership, self‑awareness, team roles and dynamics, non‑violent communication and mindful leadership. The course also emphasised peer connection and real‑world application, with Gondwana positioning leadership as service rooted in relationships rather than hierarchy.
