Experience Africa 2023 Day 3

And that’s a wrap! We can’t believe that our wonderful three days with industry colleagues and friends has come to an end.
Day 3 was a whirlwind of connections, turning the herd for “How Many Elephants” and learning all about destination Rwanda during an insightful presentation by Visit Rwanda’s Emmanuel Ruhumuliza and Philip Adams.
As the afternoon turned into evening, we gathered one last time pitch side to toast the “Place To Connect” and say our farewells.
Overall feedback from our buyers and exhibitors was that the show was an overwhelming success – the quality of meetings being the highlight of the event.
Said Robert Muringi, Explorer Kenya Tours and Travel Limited: “It’s a fantastic show. We’ve made very good connections and we are looking forward to coming back next year to make more connections.”
Chris Mears, CEO Experience Africa, says this year’s event was 40% bigger than Experience Africa 2022. “We brought together 157 exhibitors and 236 buyers against the epic backdrop of Chelsea Football Club. It really was a special venue, but more than this the feedback we’ve received about the quality of the connections has been exceptional.
“This sets us up for an even better Experience Africa next year which we’ll be starting to plan now. We welcome any feedback from attendees that will help us enhance the show next year.”
