&Beyond sets new leadership structure for global growth from 1 March 2026
&Beyond has announced an evolved leadership structure to support expansion across Africa, Asia and South America, effective 1 March 2026. The model introduces specialist leadership for lodges, camps and yachts, and for tailormade tour operations. Mark Wheeler has been appointed President, &Beyond Group, overseeing global day‑to‑day operations, while Executive Chairman and CEO Joss Kent will focus on long‑term strategy, impact, growth partnerships and stakeholder engagement aligned to the company’s Scaling Impact 2030 ambition.
All appointments are internal to ensure continuity as the brand enters new regions. Key roles include Niall Anderson as Chief Operating Officer, Lodges, Camps & Yachts; Kevin Pretorius as Managing Director, South America Lodges, Camps & Yachts & Growth, relocating to Santiago; Riaan Venter as Group Guest Experience Director, based in Johannesburg; Brendan Streak as Managing Director, South Africa Lodges, overseeing Phinda Private Game Reserve and Ngala Private Game Reserve; and Jason King as Managing Director, Southern Africa Lodges & Asia Growth, working with Suhail Gupta, Managing Director &Beyond Asia, on future lodge development in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. The structure aims to deliver consistent guest experience, clear accountability and stronger trade partnerships.
