ATTA extends West Africa relationships into Sierra Leone.

Hard on the heels of Experience Africa, ATTA CEO Jon Danks was delighted to be a guest at the spotlight on Sierra Leone event last week. The event in London, hosted by the Sierra Leone National Tourist Board represented an opportunity to learn more about this emerging travel destination in West Africa.
Speaking after the event Jon Danks ATTA CEO said “We were delighted to enjoy time with our new partners. Following a successful presence at Experience Africa alongside their DMC, the event offered some unique insights into the Sierra Leone. As one of Africa’s latest emerging destinations ATTA is delighted to welcome new relationships into the West of Africa and support the region”.
Guests listened to representatives from Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary, talk about the country's tourism developments and enjoyed photography from National Geographic award-winning photographer, Renato Granieri.
Guests at the event also enjoyed a unique flavour of Sierra Leone with catering from Maria Bradford, whose new cookbook 'Sweet Salone' is launched this month.
