Trust My Group is made up of three brands whose shared mission is to protect the travel industry and its service providers in the event of any other party’s insolvency within the travel value chain.

Trust My Travel provides plug and play financial protection for travel providers including access to cost-effectives global payment processing. Our customers use one platform for all of their needs including but not limited to: creating bookings, accepting payment in multiple currencies, settling suppliers in multiple currencies and receiving funds in their base currency, with no hidden FX fees.

TMU Management is a smart, modern MGA alleviating complex, modern-day challenges for travel businesses, intermediaries, and acquirers. Our innovative insurance policies recognise each stakeholder’s unique exposure within the travel value chain and protects against that risk through orchestrated policies and reporting on end-to-end audit trail.

Our third brand, Trust Protects.Me, has been created solely for travellers. The logo is a badge of honour for both TMT and TMU customers to display, showing that they take their duty of care seriously. This service provides consumer support on protection and claims should the worst happen and the contact they have for their travel booking ceases trading.

Each of our solutions is data driven, meaning visibility on individual transfers, for example between operator and agent or supplier, as well as a real-time picture on overall risk, is available at all times and can be accessed through one easy to navigate platform.
