Notice of General Meeting of
THE AFRICAN TRAVEL AND TOURISM ASSOCIATION (“ATTA”)
A Company Limited by Guarantee
This is notice that a general meeting of the fully paid members of ATTA will be held on Tuesday 18th November at 0900 GMT.
This will be a Virtual Zoom Meeting. Full information about how you can vote and participate in the meeting will be circulated by email prior to the meeting.
As a fully paid member of ATTA, you are entitled to appoint a proxy (who need not be a member of ATTA) to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the meeting.
The business of the meeting will be to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution which will be proposed as special resolution:
THAT the draft Articles of Association attached be and are hereby approved and adopted as the Articles of Association of THE AFRICAN TRAVEL AND TOURISM ASSOCIATION (company number 04087771) in substitution for and to the exclusion of all existing Articles of Association of THE AFRICAN TRAVEL AND TOURISM ASSOCIATION.

All fully paid up members for the membership year to 30 September 2026 are invited to attend the General Meeting. If you are unable to register, please contact the team at ATTA HQ to verify the status of your membership.
